Jordan has excelled in Quantity Surveying practice developing a sound base in cost planning and control roles, alongside project management skills, progress management, construction law, procurement and tendering and facility management . He has undertaken and completed a wide array of projects including office blocks, towns and urban node developments, factory facilities, hotels, and diverse multi-scaled residential developments . Jordan has in-depth experience in JBC (K) and FIDIC forms of contract.

Henry is Swiftcost LLP's executive director based in East Africa . Henry, a graduate of Building Economics at the University of Nairobi, is a Registered Quantity Surveyor with over twelve years of experience as a constructional professional . Henry has throughout his career a massed a wealth of experience in project management, contract administration, construction cost management, project planning and scheduling, risk management, and dispute resolution . He has participated in infrastructural projects around Africa such as dams, and bridges, hospitality industry projects, large scale residential developments, transport sector projects including airport projects and seaport expansion projects . Henry has exposure to most of the contract conditions presently in use in Africa and Europe over the past 11 years . These include contracts that administered both civil works and general building works such as FIDIC, JBC(k), EDF form of contract, World Bank form of contract

QS. SISYE HENRY, Executive Director

Timothy is a Partner at Swiftcost LLP and is a graduate of the University of Nairobi in Building Economics . He has worked with high profile quantity surveying and project management firms in Kenya over the past 10 years and is a registered Quantity Surveyor in Kenya with diverse experience in the construction industry . His industrial exposure is diverse and includes participation in road projects, commercial highrise developments, residential schemes, industrial facilities, and projects in the hospitality industry such as hotels . He has comprehensive knowledge of the JBC and FIDIC forms of contract and currently enjoys providing his services to our clients at Swiftcost LLP.
